E-mail to ward members with @aol.com addresses undeliverable

As Bishop of my ward I sent an email to "all members" through the LDS.ORG site. I recieve an email 2 hrs later telling me some email was undeliverable. All undeliverable addresses were aol.com addresses.
I have attached the email with technical error statements.
Solutions?

On our ward PC, I can not login to AOL to read E-mail using Windows IE.
...Have to use some other browser, i. e. Chrome.
At home on my PC, Windows IE allows access to AOL E-mail.
