Subject: Uploaded household photos not being displayed in unit photo directory
To duplicate the problem:
1. After receiving permission from the stake president and the household members involved, take a photo of a household.
2. Transfer it to the computer in JPG format
3. Log in to https://signin.lds.org/SSOSignIn
4. Select ‘Households’ in left menu
5. Click on the name of the household. Details for the household appears on the right side.
6. Click on ‘Edit’ at the top. The details expand to include ‘Edit’ links.
7. Click on ‘Add a photo’ for the household (Note: This is not an ‘Add a photo’ link for an individual member of the household.)
8. Select the JPG photo from step 1 above. The file name appears in the ‘Single Photo Upload’ dialog box.
9. Select ‘Upload Now’. The photo now appears in household details on the right side.
10. Confirm that the visibility of the photo is set to ‘Stake Visibility’.
11. Select ‘Photos’ on the left side. A photo directory of the ward appears on the right side.
Problem: The household photo that was just uploaded does not appear in the ward photo directory.
