Suggestion: Print addresses, phone numbers, etc. in the same black ink as the names.
I'm a high priest group leader and my old eyes have trouble reading the gray print of the directories. The two tone effect is pretty, but not practical. ALSO: Can I select the font? I find Times New Roman much more readable than the font used (Veranda).

You have a good suggestion for usability. I don't know when or if the church would make a change for this.

Meanwhile, you might have some features in your computer's operating system and/or web browser that help you see things better. You might want to investigate these options, as they will help with all computer use, not just the Directory.
