Directory updated to use new www.lds.org header and footer.

Today directory 2.0.4.2522 was updated to rev 2.0.5.2726 which updates Directory to use the new lds.org header and footer. Users on the Directory page will see the new style lds.org header categories and links. Improvements have been made for printing PDFs or exporting to *.csv in foreign languages.
