500 Internal Server Error

My sister cannot login to lds.org/directory, and I compared some information from her attempt to my attempt. I have no idea if this information is helpful, but I included it below. (It's a 500 Internal Server Error problem.)
I used Google Chrome and Firebug Lite to get this information.
After trying to login, under the GET services/ludrs/unit/current-user-ward-stake/ the 500 Internal Server Error appears. Under the Headers section, her ResponseHeaders shows a date followed by Content-Encoding (grip), Connection (Keep-Alive), Content-Length (1469).
When I logged in, under the same GET line, my ResponseHeaders section has a Date followed by Connection (Keep-Alive) and Content-Length (339). I don't have a Content-Encoding line, and my Content-Length is different.
If anyone has some tips, that would be great. Thanks.
