Organisational roster not updated

I access data about my ward regarding calendared events, leadership, ward members, etc. I have noticed both here, as well on tools such as Ward Central or Stake Central on my android phone, that the data is severely outdated.
When I raise the issues with my ward Clerk, he tells me the information he has for the current ward organizations is up to date and that that information is synchronized with the church's database.
I checked on a few teachers in Primary , where my wife and I teach, and here on the lds.org site, as well on the Ward Central site, there are teachers listed who haven't taught in over a year, or MORE. Where is the breakdown with this? It's frustrating seeing someone's name that may not even be in the ward, listed as currently serving in my ward.
How can I push to get the data to reflect current reality?
