Out of Unit members
There needs to be a way to put out-of-unit members into the web based directories for such functions as printing class rolls to be useful. We have a number of "split households" where divorced parents share weekend custody of children. We add those children as out-of-unit members so they show up on directories and class rolls in MLS, but they do not show up in the online versions.

I'm sure you know LDS.org does not list any "out-of-unit" members on roles because LDS.org does not get "fed" that information from your wards MLS system.rpyne wrote:There needs to be a way to put out-of-unit members into the web based directories for such functions as printing class rolls to be useful. "Sharing" records between wards is one of my most "wished for" improvements to MLS, and LDS.org. We need a good way to SHARE a member's record who regularly attends two wards, or who attends one ward while the memberships will reside in another, as in the situation you have mentioned with joint custody relationships.
