Is it possible to few more than just your stake directory online?
I have moved to a new stake but I still want to see the information of those in my old stake, is this possible?

No. Once you move to a new stake, you can only see the new stake. There are some exceptions for people who serve in callings in a stake other than their home stake, but that wouldn't apply in your situation.
I can certainly understand why it would be nice to see your former stake's directory, but these restrictions come from the Church's privacy policies, which are designed to protect all members (and in some countries, are related to legal requirements as well).
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
