Family Divided - names and information do not match church records

Now I probably need to talk to a clerk to get the records cleared up.

I suggest you have the clerk verify/correct the following for you in the ward Membership System (MLS):
1. The members of your HOUSEHOLD.
2. The HOUSEHOLD NAME
3. The Preferred Names and Legal Names (and if applicable, Maiden Names) of each person in your family that has a membership record (including any unbaptized Members of Record).

Some of the above information does NOT show on Individual Ordinance Summaries(IOS), and the HOUSEHOLD structure in MLS (and hence directories and LDSTOOLS) is independent from Marriage and parent/child relationships as shown on IOS printouts.
