Photos in Directory

Photos in Directory - Only 3 photos in our ward directory online so far: my own and the 2 sister missionaries'. Mine shows in the Household profile, but not the individual photo slot, though I am It. Then when I go to the Organizations and find my listing included in the Relief Society collection, or the Adults group, the photo does not get associated.
SO, I copied the photo I had of just me in the household slot, into the individual slot. Now that (same) photo shows up in the 2 lists, RS & Adults. Just fine
except for the quality of the photo, ha, ha. 'Sounds like an opportunity for a Family History Center Open House - offer household-picture taking for the directory - with explaining the permissions levels, of course.
