I can't seem to change a phone number in the directory. It comes up that the email address is not in the right format. And it is and that's my email. And I'm not changing the email anyway. I'm changing and adding a phone number. What do I do? Annette

Is there anything unusual in the email? Such as a plus sign or other odd character?
