  • Who can edit the Family Profile? I seem to remember reading that only a parent could do so but can't find the reference now.
  • Is there a minimum age for Family Profile editors?
  • If neither of the previous two questions are true, how does a parent control the profile?

I have not been able to find a definitive answer. Before the directory help migrated to the wiki there was information there that was more detailed than what is now found in the directory help. I cannot confirm this but I believe any adult household member can edit the household profile and any household member's profile. The information that can currently be edited is e-mail address, telephone number, and photo. Any household adult can also change the option to show/not show editable data in the directory as well as to opt-in/opt-out for the household.

Any adult can edit household profiles. I am not certain but I believe an adult is anyone 18 or over.

In addition to the parents, (assuming the child is grouped as part of your household) the following callings can edit the profiles:

◦ Bishop
◦ Acting ward leader
◦ Bishopric first counselor
◦ Bishopric second counselor
◦ Ward executive secretary
◦ Ward clerk
◦ Ward assistant clerk
◦ Ward assistant clerk - finance
◦ Ward assistant clerk - membership

The Ward website administrator CANNOT edit the profiles unless they've also been listed as one of the above callings.
