I already submitted site feedback weeks ago, but didn't receive an acknowledgement of the bug report, so I have to assume that's not the right way to do it. Accordingly, I'll repeat it here.
When I view our ward directory, the left margin says New Photos (1). However, when I click that link to review new photos, there are none. Can someone fix that please, or let me know how I can fix it?

That's an old problem. I'm not sure as it was ever fixed, but there's been no new complaints in the New Photos (1) thread for some time.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
