Reminder emails will be sent to all ward/stake members just depending on calendar?

Hello everybody.

I am not sure if the reminder emails will be sent to all ward or stake members just choosing the calendar.

Don't we have the options to select to whom we want to invite as in the google calendar?

Thanks,

Milton

Reminder emails are not sent to all ward/stake members -- emails just go to those who are subscribed to the calendar containing the event. Of course, since the default is for members to be auto-subscribed to all new calendars, the reminder email will go to most of the members who have ever used the new Calendar system.

That is not an option.

And remember, the amount of people subscribed to any calendar will never be known to you, so you really will never know how effective your reminders are...don't forget to keep reminding in all those other ways you've used for years.

And, Welcome!

We are curious if there is a way to see a list of who is subscribed to a certain calendar at the Ward level?

No, there is no way to see who is subscribed to any calendar at any level.
