Locations Missing Since update of Calendar

In our area there are two French stakes and an English Stake covering the same geographical area. Some of the buildings our shared buildings between the English and a French Stake. Our Meetinghouse is also the English Stake Center and we share the building with a unit from one of the french Stakes.

Since the Calendar update all of the locations for the English stake has disappeared and the only locations listed are some of the locations for the French Stake.

I know that it is possible for the stake to create locations manually, but as our Meetinghouse is shared with a French unit I was wondering what effect this would have on scheduling conflicts as I believe that the French unit would not have access to this location (though I may be wrong).

As our building is a Stake Center we have bookings being made by members from 3 different stakes for Weddings and the like.

I have spoken to the Stake leaders about this problem a few times but they don't seem to know how to resolve this issue. A number of events have been created without any location information and we have had situations in the past where the same room has been booked by both stakes at the same time.

What is the best way to resolve the situation.

The first thing to check is to have a stake administrator in the English Stake check to make sure all locations under their control have been enabled for scheduling. It might be one of the French stakes that needs to check -- it's whatever stake controls the building and thus controls the Calendar locations that are now missing.

They need to go into Settings > Locations & Rooms, and check the box labeled "This location can be scheduled by Wards and Stakes." Given the timing of the new problem, this is the most likely cause for the problem, since all locations have to be reenabled after the Calendar V2 upgrade.

The reason this happened is because for the 2.0 release, all locations need to have a time zone specified for each. They were all disabled until stake admins could enter the time zone and re-enable them.
