Selecting multiple rooms when scheduling an event.

I only have one hand.
The "hold control and click" is impossible to perform . . . I can't scroll and hold the CTL key simultaneously.
Could we use a more coventional "CTL + Click" for EACH item, rather than try to capture all of the rooms at once?

I'm not sure what you think is unconventional about this implementation. You can indeed do the conventional Ctrl+Click for each item. And with sticky keys or however you are used to selecting multiple items in a list, this should work. You can Ctrl+Click on as many items are in view that you want to select, then scroll the list to see more items, then Ctrl+Click those that you need, etc. There is no need to scroll while holding the Ctrl key -- just to click while holding the Ctrl key.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
