Adding ward editors to stake calendars

Our stake shares one baptismal font that is scheduled by 3 sets of ward missionaries. We would like to create a stake calendar for scheduling the baptismal font and set up the ward mission leaders as editors for this calendar. We created a Stake Missionary calendar, but are unable to add ward mission leaders by calling. The calling is not recognized and therefore the ADD button is not activated. Any suggestions?

Stake calendars only allow editors to be added to a calendar by calling for stake callings. So just add them by name -- that's your only reasonable option at this point.

That should be changed, however, as it makes it tedious to accomplish many such things. I have a calendar I want to invite those with a ward executive secretary calling to, and another for ward Mission Leaders as well, don't wish to be watching it continually to call them by name each time one changes.

My suggestion? Ashnbrett, submit a suggestion via feedback link on LDS.org, as that is the "official" way to submit requests. (Yes, the developers may read this forum too, but....)
