Suggestion: Tag Ward Members in Calendar Events

A nice feature would be to be able to tag members in calendar events.
For example, if there is a Church Cleaning Assignment Calendar, people may not subscribe to it because they don't want to see ALL the cleaning assignments (only theirs).
So, tagging a selected ward member in a calendar event could override their subscription settings, and post that event only (as opposed to all events) on their calendar so they see it.
To prevent abuse of this feature, people could have an option to turn this feature off in the profile. Something like... "Don't allow people to tag me in calendar events."
