With v1.0 the location section had checkboxes by the locations and the availability of any location could be seen by selecting the checkbox next to the location. The help for V2.0 indicates this option is still available, but I am not seeing any checkboxes next to the locations.

1. Should the checkboxes still be there?
2. If not, how does a building scheduler quickly see what the availability of a location is?

The checkboxes are still there in Week view, but with v2 they are no longer available in Month view. See a discussion of this in the thread No checkboxes next to locations.
