Calendar events not tied to a specific time

Is it possible to create events that are not tied to a specific time? For instance, in our YSA Stake, we receive assignments to hold a Sacrament Meeting at the local Assisted Living Center. In Calendar Creator, I could include "Assisted Living Center 1st Ward" as an entry on the calendar for that event. What would be extra helpful would be to allow the positioning of these events at the end of the day such as:
7:30 High Council Meeting
11:30 1st Ward Conference
Assisted Living Center 1st Ward
