Calendar No Longer Works on Android Browser

I used to be able to view the lds.org calendar on my Android Photon 4G. I could not interact with the scroll down features of the subscriptions and that, but it was good enough to at least view.

Now when I try to bring up the site I only see a dark blue screen. No calendar. No boxes. Nothing.

But it is a very nice shade of blue.

Just tried with Dolphin's browser as well. Same nice shade of blue.

Well I'm not quite sure how to go about "fixing" this. I find it hard to believe it's a device-specific issue (Photon 4g). My Dolphin and default browser are on the "default" settings. Both could see the calendar before the update, and now neither can. I can see every other screen on lds.org in Leader Resources as well as the maps.

The calendar still comes up at the "classic" site.

Have you tried LDS Tools for Android? From what I've seen over other people's shoulders, it should more than do for a view of the calendar.

It doesn't currently have a calendar function built into the app like the iPhone/iPad version does.

Yeah, not sure what to say. I tried on my Droid 2 with Opera Mini as well and it all shows up. Also tried it on my Android tablet with Chrome, Dolphin HD, and Firefox and they all worked. There are some format issues as it relates to v2, i.e calendar check boxes are hard to see/check, but I would imagine that is due to the fact that the site wasn't built for mobile viewing. I don't have the funky display problem you are seeing.

No worries, you were probably looking at someone with an iPhone ;-)

Version 2.0 of the calendar was just released. The timing of your error suggests something about this new release is not compatible with android.
