iCalendar sync issues

I have found that a lot of the all day events that are placed onto the new calendar do not pass validation for the iCalendar format. I have tested the URL and ical file format for my stake against the following url's

http://icalvalid.cloudapp.net
http://severinghaus.org/projects/icv/

There are two issues that come up.

1. All day events do not have a time stamp as part or the start/end date.
2. Descriptions that have hard returns in them do not pass either.

I use Lotus Notes for my calendar and have that synced to my Blackberry. If these two items listed above are not addressed I will not be able to bring in the calendar events from the church's web site and have them sync to my blackberry.
