Rights and Roles Responsibilities

I think I will try a different approach to my problems as listed under a different thread of "Funeral in different Wards".

I am the Stake Ward Site Administrator and as such have default approval authority over the calendaring functions and approval to establish other member as editors and approvers.

In our stake I can not see other ward buildings listed under the "subscribed locations" portions nor their events.

Other ward web site administrators and building specialists can not see each other suscribed locations either. We are all getting a "denied user access" message on our screens even though I have gone in and given specific approval to individuals to accomplish their callings.

I can not find any information on how to allow us to see the event of other wards subscribed locations or check any events.

Where am I going wrong. We were some of the last location the Church allowed to have acess to the the New Calendar system, and I think it might be the way the Stake Calendaring was initially set up but I am just guessing. As far as I can tell we have followed the outlined proceedures set by HQ.

See my answer in that other thread.

(It's best not to ask the same question in two different threads -- it makes it hard to keep the discussion together.)
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
