Calendar to help in missionary work

How about having an online calendar in where ward members could mark when they are available for joint teaches. Then the ward mission leader could coordinate the efforts between members and missionaries more efficiently. Maybe even mark in the calendar when there is need for joint teaches and then members could sing up for the teach. Another thing in the calendar could be dinner appointments sing up.
