Same event, different times in lds.org and lds tools calendar

I always thought that the lds tools calendar and the calendar on lds.org were the same or that they talked to each other. We have an event that shows on the correct day on the lds tools calendar and the lds.org calendar but one shows it to start at 7:00 AM and the other shows to start at 6:30 AM. Any enlightenment?

LDS Tools always shows the actual time of the event, excluding any setup or cleanup time. But the Week view in the Calendar on LDS.org includes the setup and cleanup time (with different shading, but it's still part of the reserved block). The text for the start time in the description and in the week view will still be correct, but the block of time will start earlier if there is setup time specified.

Could it be that this event actually starts at 7:00am but has 30 minutes of setup time, starting at 6:30?

The event has "No Facility" checked so that it doesn't have a set up time option.

Then the only other thought I have is that the event start time has been changed. LDS.org immediately reflects the new time, but LDS Tools needs to sync to get the new time. Force a sync in LDS Tools and see if that fixes it.

The calendar has to adjust to your time zone. I'd check to make sure that the time zone on both computers are set correctly. While there are no half hour time zones in the US, they do exist in the world.
