I am a new SES and in the past the SES has been the one to input each event into out stake calendar. The downside to the is that each and every event he has posted has his contact information listed. We need to be able to change that contact info for each particular event. I do not see a way to do this. Hopefully there is something I am just missing.

No. The contact information is always the last person to edit the event. This is one reason why it is useful for each organization to enter their own events on their own calendars.
You can, of course, include additional contact information in the event description.

Yes, for now, put the true contact in the description. In a future release of the calendar, we are going to add contact person and info as fields.
