"buildings not owned by your Stake"

I am an new Stake Clerk for a Stake that was formed from (2) existing stakes.
When I go to locations under Calendars it shows all of our unit buildings being "owned" by the previous stakes.
Does anyone know how I can get these units to be "owned" by our Stake?
I called FM and they said it was an ecclesiastical issue and when I call Service Center they say it is an FM issue.
