Someone from adjacent stake scheduling on our calendar
Is it possible for someone from another stake to schedule events in one of our buildings? If so is there a way to control it or be notified of it as it happens?

Re: Someone from adjacent stake scheduling on our calendar
It is indeed possible, but ONLY if your building is also assigned to their stake. That could happen in one of two ways: 1) in the master Facilities Management database, that building is assigned to their stake; or 2) a stake calendar administrator in your stake (e.,g., a stake clerk, executive secretary, or stake presidency member) assigned that stake to the building.cfitch wrote:Is it possible for someone from another stake to schedule events in one of our buildings? These options are available because it is sometimes the case that another stake shares a building with your stake in some way. If that was done in error, option 1 could be reversed by a discussion with the FM group, and option 2 could be undone by one of your stake's calendar administrators.
If the assignment is correct, then I don't know of any way for you to be notified when events are scheduled.
