I understand the way the calendar is now created by each individual unit and by the stake and then populated on the stake calendar, but i am trying to list our Stake Center Building Scheduler. When I click on one of our buildings (Bluffdale Building) it lists the "Building Scheduler Contact" or name of the person who oversees the scheduling of that building who has the stake calling of Stake Scheduler Building 2. However, when I click on the building labeled Stake Center (listed right by the other one) no building scheduler contact is listed. I have added the right individual to all the official Stake Scheduler callings 1-5, and the Stake Building Specialist, etc. However, none of those callings seems to result in their contact info being listed. Any advice?

Nothing you do with callings will have any effect on who is listed on the Calendar as the building scheduler. Instead, you have to assign them as a building scheduler by editing the location from Settings in the Calendar application itself.

The other building scheduler you mentioned must be assigned as a building scheduler for that location; their calling as Stake Scheduler Building 2 has nothing to do with the fact that they show up as the building scheduler contact.

Thanks. Found it under Settings (gear symbol on the top right side of the calendar) and then "Locations and Rooms" - click edit in the middle column and you can add a scheduler at the bottom of that middle column.

When I click on the gear symbol all I see is: options, sync, take a tour, calendars, administrators and initial setup. I don't see "locations and rooms" listed, nor do I find it under any of these areas. The list of schedulers for our unit is out of date and has someone whose record has not been in our unit for a couple of years.

How do I update the list of building schedulers?

Only stake administrators can change that. From the list of options, it appears you're not a stake admin.
