Calendars for buildings used by multiple Stakes

We are a new Stake and we have 1 building in our stake. We have 3 wards that meet in buildings that have wards from the other stakes by us. We are trying to get the calendars set up so that all of the wards that meet in each building be able to see and schedule the building. How do we set up the calendar to do this? is it Possible?

You do not set up calendars, but locations. Who is the agent stake for each building? The agent stake admin needs to add the other ward/stake to their location. Then it becomes a location that both can see and schedule. The system will not allow double-booking of the same location, even by different stakes. You can see what is scheduled for the location, by using the checkbox in the main screen to see the location. You can see details of how to add units to a location here.
