Unable to see all the buildings in my stake

Unable to see all the buildings in my stake

I am trying to book the gym at another building in our Stake but it does not show up on my options. I do have a two buildings from our stake and one from another stake but I am missing the third building from our stake. How do I view that so I can make a reservations?

You need to check with a stake calendar administrator (the stake clerk would be one possibility, and a good place to start in any case). It's possible that that building is not enabled for scheduling by the wards.
