Stake Center is only location listed

Although one of our Assistant Stake Clerks says he input all of the church buildings within our stake twice, only the building housing the Stake offices, one ward, and one branch are visible. Four additional building locations are not available to select.

For now I am scheduling meetings by selecting the no location option.

This is further complicated because the Stake leadership utilizes our location often, as it is more centrally located within the stake boundaries. Any additional guidance?

A stake administrator (such as the stake clerk or an assistant) needs to edit each location and make sure that the check box for "Location can be scheduled by wards and stakes" is checked.

Normally there is no need to "enter" a building into the system. The data should already be there from the FMAT database managed by the FM Group. If they are there, use those - do not add buildings. Otherwise this can come back and bite you on buildings shared with other stakes and cause double-bookings.

See aebrown's post on how to make buildings already in the calendar system usable for scheduling.
