Mulitple calendar option?

Are there any plans, in the future, to add the option of recording events on multiple calendars at one time? For example, there are events in our ward that apply to the YM and YW, but also need to be on the Activities calendar. It would be nice if we only needed to enter the event once and then have it posted on all 3 calendars.

The YM and YW calendar is an issue, but I don't understand the usage case for an Activities calendar. Can you explain? Generally people subscribe to the calendar that has the activities they are interested in rather than have a master activity calendar.

Our ward has an activities calendar for general ward viewing. The assignments for those activities are also posted on individual auxiliary calendars. For instance..."Ward Picnic" may have a description of "YMYW in charge of setting up tables and chairs". That same event would be posted on the Ward YM and Ward YW calendars. By doing that, when the YMYW have their meetings, they do not have to download calendars with information that may not apply to them. I hope that helps.

While it's the same event, I'd think it would be a different entry. For example, maybe the picnic starts at 10AM. But the tables and chairs have to be set up before then, so the YMYW would have a 9:30 time for "setup". If the youth show up at 10 as indicated by the event, they'll be late.

But I can see where it would be nice to have the Ward Picnic in there too to make sure that any changes to the picnic show up.

Thank you for your input. I hope to see an option like this in the future. I realize that by assigning locations and rooms to one event, it would prevent us from putting the event on more than one calendar...but when it comes to an "FYI" entry...the multiple calendar option would be wonderful to have.
