I am the building scheduler for my Stake Center. I have a ward using the building that does not attend this building. I set up the restriction for their event with assigned unit "Stake" as my other options were my region and the 2 units assigned to the building.

The Ward using the building for their event is trying to put the event on their ward calendar showing the event location as the Stake Center, but are unable.

Do I need to set up the restriction differently?

Do they need to change the way they are setting up the event on their ward calendar?

Yes. "Stake" means only stake calendar editors can schedule the building.

Remove all restrictions and the unit will be able to schedule the building. It is not necessary to set a restriction to allow a unit to use the building. Restrictions prevent others from scheduling it.
