2.7 Ampersand Issue

It looks like this bug mentioned on the beta has not been corrected: BUG: Instead of "López" (Spanish), it shows "López" (https://tech.lds.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=133&t=20294).
I didn't check the ó, but I see the the & still shows, so I assume it's a general issue. I see it in the left sidebar and also in the drop-down list of calendars to choose from when creating an event.
