And I see that "Stake leadership" still doesn't include the STS - who may be the very person who is assigned to help units use their calendars.

"Stake Technology Specialist" is recorded in MLS under "Stake Presidency" > "Stake Assistant Clerk--Technology Specialist". Therefore, he should be considered just as much a clerk and stake presidency participant as any of the others. If new policy is dictating that that is not the case, the calling name should be changed and the calling moved out of the stake presidency to avoid confusion.
