We are in two different FM Groups. Which group should I approach? Theirs or ours? Fortunately, we haven't launched e-calendar useage in this building but restrictions placed on the wards would be better than the honor system. Thanks, I think I have enough information now to proceed.

I would think that their FM group would have the responsibility for that building, so they would be the ones to designate which units use the building. There are good reasons to make sure that is set up correctly (so the LDS Maps app will know where the wards meet, for example), but for the Calendar issues you are facing, it may be quicker just to have the stake clerk in the other stake add your stake and appropriate wards to their Location in the Calendar system.
