I'm able to schedule an event, but not a location. See this short video that shows what I'm experiencing: http://screencast.com/t/vzYkrXmVt Can you help me understand what the issue is and what I might do to resolve it?

There is a known bug where attempting to schedule things at a location that has been "blocked" will result in the eternal spinner.

I'd suggest switching to "week view", unchecking all your calendars, and then checking just that one location. That will allow you to see all events and restrictions set for that building.
