Post to other calendars and maintain rights?

Consider this example. The stake Relief Society is in charge of weekly adult Institute classes. They schedule it on the calendar but because they have rights only to the Stake Relief Society calendar the event doesn't show up on the Main Stake Calendar. The class is open for all adults in the stake so some men, for instance, may not subscribe to the Stake Relief Society calendar and may never see the event.

To solve this, there needs to be a way for auxiliaries to post to other calendars. In this example, the Stake Relief Society could post to the Main Stake Calendar and retain calendar edit rights since they are in charge.

Just add one or more members of the Stake Relief Society presidency as editors (by calling) on the main calendar. Administrators can change editors for calendars in whatever way works best for the stake.

Personally, I'd suggest that a new Institute class calendar be created. There's probably a number of adults in the stake that have no interest in Institute and by placing it on the "main" calendar it just clutters things up to the point where members may not subscribe or sync to that calendar - which would defeat the whole point of communicating to the members.

The stake Relief Society could be granted rights to that calendar. That would give them the needed rights without giving them editing rights to all "main" stake events.

Thank you for the suggestions. It makes the most sense to create a separate calendar. That solves it perfectly!
