Email going to people no longer in the ward

I have been called to HPGL and started using the calendar notification in a ward that had not used it much. A former ward member that move back to Utah and complains that he is receiving emails. How do you stop this. Also there are two High Priest group calendars?

Nothing you can do. The complainant needs to visit their calendar subscription page to reset what they are subscribed to.

As for HP calendars - it's whatever was set up. Calendars are not standardized. Each unit made their own.
