Should have access to TWO different calendars, only see ONE

As Stake YSA Advisers, we've been given access to both our HOME Ward/Stake info. and the YSA Stake/Ward info. (calendars included).

We've been able to access the YSA Ward calendar for months until last Nov/Dec. Then we started having issues seeing their calendar so the YSA Ward Clerk had to delete and then re-add our membership info. again to allow us to have access.

This happened again Dec. 2013, so again he deleted our info. and then re-added it. Once he did that we were able to see their Calendar. Then it happened again in Jan. 2014 where we couldn't see their calendar and were told again (by someone up in the Church Offices) that we might have to delete the record info. and re-add it. I told him we just did that in Dec., do we really need to do it again in Jan.

Are we going to have to do this each month?
Isn't there a way to fix this until we are released???
Is there something we can do on this end (at the ward level) to fix the problem?

It sounds like they are using the Out-of-unit leader function. I think you have to be called to a position in the ward to make it work. What is your YSA ward calling?
