Access to other ward calendars

I am a stake clerk and was asked by my Stake Primary President if I could grant the 11 year old scout leader access to the ward calendars so that he could see what events were already on the calendar before scheduling events. Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks for the help.

At this time it's not possible to view ward calendars for a ward that you do not belong to.
The best workaround is to switch to week view and activate the location on the left. That will show you events scheduled at that location. But it won't show events scheduled at a location away from the meetinghouse.
That's one weakness of the current system.
