Calendar Populating on the Wrong Date

I was finishing my Calendar for the year and I started having issues as of November 10th. The event would not populate on the Monday (Nov 10), but on the Sunday before (Nov 9). I tried putting it in on Tuesday (Nov 11) and that went on the 10th. It also happened on 11/24. I was trying to input and event that lasted the week (Nov 24-28).
The events are listed with the correct date and time, but it is not appearing on the calendar correctly.
