Building Schedule calendar for multiple ward Buildings

I am working with the designated Building Scheduler to set up a calendar viewable by two wards.
One person that is called to schedule the building for two wards will only need to have access to edit the calendar, but we would like it available for both wards to view the calendar. Is this possible?

Only way is make a stake calendar. But why does it need to be viewable by two wards? If they share activities, then OK. But if it's to schedule the building, then that's not necissary.

The Calendar is designed to use the distributed scheduling model. When a single point of scheduling method is attempted then there will be some difficulties. Ward calendars are only viewable by members of that ward. As russellhltn stated, the only calendars viewable across wards are stake calendars.

Only members of a ward can add events to calendars for that ward. Only building schedulers can edit events that schedule the location to which they have been assigned regardless of which ward the calendar belongs.

Using a single point of scheduling means the person assigned to be the scheduler would have be a calendar editor for every calendar used, and the calendars would have to be stake calendars so that members of multiple wards can view all the events.

There are other threads in which these and many other issues are discussed for a single point of scheduling.

There is one important point that seems to be misunderstood by some people. While members of one ward cannot view the calendars of another ward, they can view all the events scheduled at a location. This ability allows someone looking to see if a location, or rooms in a location, are available for an event before creating the event. It also allows across ward event coordination for combined ward organization events.
