I am the executive secretary for my ward and in an effort to make our ward calendar available to the other ward who uses the builidng; I changed the calendar from being a ward calendar to a stake calendar. Now I can't don't see our ward calendar to enable me to change it back. How do I fix this?

Is there someone in the extended stake presidency (stake presidency, clerks, assistant clerks, executive secretary) that belongs to your ward? Have them change it back.

Currently, you can't see it because it's awaiting approval by a stake admin. I'm not sure what happens if they reject it. If a admin tries to change it back, it becomes a calendar in their ward. That's why I asked if there was someone in you ward who would be a default stake admin.

If there isn't a default stake admin in your ward, then you can have them make you a stake admin, have you change it back and then remove you as an admin.

Another alternative to recover the calendar as a ward calendar is to have a stake administrator approve the calendar. Getting the calendar approved my require contacting a stake administrator and explaining this needs to be done to recover the calendar as a ward calendar. Once the calendar is approved, any editors for the calendar can then change the calendar to a ward calendar. Of course this assumes the editors of the calendar are in the ward - which they should be if the editors have not been changed.

You're also assuming that the calendar editors (if there are any -- we have lots of calendars that only administrators work on, so there are no editors) have been assigned by name. If they were assigned by calling (a ward calling, of course), then once the calendar has changed to be a stake calendar, those callings will no longer give them editor permissions. But if there are calendar editors assigned by name, then this approach would work.
