I submitted a new calendar on 3/10 and a week later it is still pending approval. Why does it take so long?

Calendars are approved by a ward administrator (for ward calendars) or a stake administrator (for stake calendars). Perhaps that person is not aware you have submitted a new calendar.

Or the administrators (there's are several) all think it's someone else's job.
