Two Stakes One Building Calendar

We have a ward in my Stake that meets in a building assigned to another Stake (recent reorganization of Stakes). The Ward in my Stake can't see or schedule events in their building online because it's not listed as a building for our Stake. How can this be resolved so they can use the Online calendaring effectively?

You need to talk to a stake administrator in the agent stake for that building (the stake clerk would be a good choice) and ask him to add that ward and your stake as units assigned to the location.
