Standardized Room Names

I noticed that there is a standardized list of rooms we can choose from when scheduling buildings. This leads to some issues. We have four buildings in our stake and eleven units. Not all wards use the same rooms for Young Women and Young Men.
I am a stake web site administrator and get involved in scheduling all buildings. One person for a ward may call and ask to schedule the Young Women's room in the Stake Center. They could be referring to rooms 103, 104 and 105. Another person from another ward may use the same rooms for their Young Men. Depending on the tradition in the respective wards they may be referring to rooms 103 thru 105 or rooms 106 thru 108, or other rooms.
Others, who attend church in other buildings, may call and request the same room by room number. This leads to confusion and conflicts.
I cannot delete the standard rooms without deleting any scheduled events where they might be used.
Questions:
1. Can we upload an image file showing a Map of the building so we can all be on the same page?
2. Can we rename the standard rooms so we can say "Young Women (103, 104, 105)" or append a description of the room at the end?
We can usually figure out where the Relief Society Room and Primary Room (or Children's meeting room) is.
The undefined "standard" room names is where we get into trouble.
