Week view and multi unit events

We have recently, by reading the supporting help documents, discovered that everyone can "SEE" scheduled meetings at any location, while in the Week view.
I will be encouraging all organizations in the stake to rely on this view while looking for time and opportunity to schedule resources and meetings in the future.
It would be nice if the Date and Day at the top of the screen (Week view) would "freeze" and always be visable, while scrolling down to the time slots that most events are scheduled.

You can only use the week view to see events occurring at your buildings. If you're using this to predetermine if there are conflicts, bear in mind that events can be scheduled at other locations.
For example, if one ward schedules a youth service project to clean up a city park on a Saturday morning, only members of that ward will see that activity because it's not scheduled in a building. No one else in the stake will see it. If you're trying to plan a multi-unit activity, the calendar might help, but be sure to talk with other humans to make sure you don't have a conflict.

Not true, you can see events in any building within you stake that you have selected on the left of the calendar.

Yes, you can see any building in the stake, but the example given of a clean-up in the park is valid. You can't see that because it doesn't take place at any church building.

The freezing of the Date and Day at the top of the screen does seem to work, but only for about 2/3 of the screen. When you pull the screen down to the last 4-6 hours of the day, the top of the screen is no longer visable - at least without zooming out so far that you can't read anything.
Still hoping this can be addressed.....
