Our Bishop needs to see the calendar include a week or two into the next month for planning purposes - is this possible?

There's no way to adjust the month view to include more weeks; it is, after all, the "month" view. So I would suggest just printing two months (if you work off paper), or open consecutive months in two browser tabs (if you work online) so that you can quickly switch between the months.
